About the Barn:
The Barn is a beautiful self catering lodge situated on the banks of Lough Owel. Individually decorated for you to relax, unwind enjoy the amazing ancient east or switch on and enjoy your time. Rurally located but within five minutes drive from Mullingar, a lively market town. The Barn resides amongst forest walks and gorgeous surrounding landscape with stunning views of Lough Owel and the surrounding countryside. Guests can enjoy many activities including swimming, fishing on Brabzon Bay, boating or a leisurely walk to the lake. All of our bedrooms are individually decorated in character. Wireless Internet Access is complimentary to our guests. We offer a friendly, comfortable environment for all the family. Each lodge is supplied with a complimentary basket of locally produced bread, coffee and chocolate.
The Barn is on one level with two bedrooms, for six guests. Master bedroom one queen bed. Second bedroom two double beds. Balcony area, one single bed and relax play area overseeing the sitting room area. Kitchen, dinning area open plan with sitting room. Fulll screen TV with wifi. Bathroom on ground level. Covered balcony with swing area. Kitchen area, dining area seats six, wooden flooring throughout, bathroom downstairs full electric shower, sitting area, flat screen TV and wireless internet access.
