ABOUT THE LODGE:
The Lodge is a beautiful self catering lodge situated on the banks of Lough Owel. Individually decorated for you to relax, unwind enjoy the amazing ancient east or switch on and enjoy your time. Rurally located but within five minutes drive from Mullingar, a lively market town. The Barn resides amongst forest walks and gorgeous surrounding landscape with stunning views of Lough Owel and the surrounding countryside. Guests can enjoy many activities including swimming, fishing on Brabzon Bay, boating or a leisurely walk to the lake. All of our bedrooms are individually decorated in character. Wireless Internet Access is complimentary to our guests. We offer a friendly, comfortable environment for all the family. Each lodge is supplied with a complimentary basket of locally produced bread, coffee and chocolate.
The Lodge can accommodate up to six guests with two bedrooms upstairs. Each room boasts one queen bed and one single bed, master bedroom on suite, with a baby cot available on request.
Downstairs: Kitchen area, dining space, hallway, staircase storage, bathroom, full bath with electric shower, Lounge area, full coach and bookshelves, armoire (storage unit), flat screen TV and wireless internet access.
Upstairs: Open stairways, small sitting area with armchairs and reading lamp. Bedroom 1 – one queen bed, one single bed, one bedside small chest of drawers, one tall boy chest of drawers, small sitting area, armchair and reading lamp, one wardrobe. Bedroom 2 – one queen bed, one single bed, bathroom on suite, shower, two lockers, a wardrobe, armchair.
Outside: Covered deck area, table with sitting for six, green area, parking for two cars, play area with swings and slides for children.
